U-Savi Pro Member Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
The U-Savi Pro Member Program (“Program”) offers exclusive benefits to eligible business members (“Pro Members”) who make Qualifying Purchases through authorized channels:
- Authorized Channels: https://u-savi.com/ and U-Savi mobile apps (“Apps”).
- Exclusions: Purchases via third-party platforms/resellers are ineligible.
By joining the Program, you (“Member,” “Pro Member”) agree to these Terms. Non-compliance may result in termination of benefits.
2. Key Terms
- Membership Term: Valid for 1 year from registration. Renewal resets Qualifying Purchases.
- Modifications: U-Savi may update, suspend, or terminate the Program or Terms at any time. Check this page periodically for changes.
- Termination: U-Savi may revoke membership for fraud, misuse, or Terms violations. Legal action may follow misconduct.
- Non-Transferable: Memberships cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned.
3. Registration & Qualification
A. Registration Process
- Visit https://u-savi.com/my-account/ and provide a valid email/phone number.
- Submit accurate business information. False details may result in denied/revoked membership.
B. Account Conversion
- Personal to Pro Member:
- Convert via your account dashboard. Historical purchases determine your initial tier.
- Points from personal accounts convert to coupons:
- 5off≥5off≥99 orders
- 30off≥30off≥199 orders
- Irreversible: Pro accounts cannot revert to personal accounts.
C. Qualification Verification
- Log in during purchases to accrue Qualifying Purchases.
- U-Savi may share data with compliant third parties for verification (see Privacy Policy).

Tiers & Discounts
- Pro 1: Qualifying Purchases < $25,000/year.
- Pro 2: 25,000≤Purchases<25,000≤Purchases<250,000/year.
- Pro 3: Purchases ≥ $250,000/year.
